The Complete Guide to Agile Group's Exciting New Website Refresh

Written By Agile Group

If you've been on the Agile Group website before, you may have noticed some changes. With the upcoming new year, we're in the process of giving our website a refresh. Over the next couple of weeks, we'll update pages to align with our new design. After that, we'll be adding new pages to help users better understand what we do.

This article will guide you through who we are, why we're doing the refresh, and why we made the changes that we did.

Who are Agile Group?

Group 8 (1)

Founded in 2014, Agile Group is an Indigenous-owned and operated integrated services provider run by our Indigenous CEO, Michael Boyle. As a Kinaway and Supply Nation certified business, we proactively engage with and support Indigenous companies to enrich the community.

We provide services including Integrated Security, Arboriculture, Property Services, Horticulture, Traffic Management, Logistics and Transport. Through every step, we ensure that we're giving back to the Indigenous community, as reflected in our motto, "Working Together, Growing Together." We achieve this through our Indigenous Reskilling, Engagement and Networking Initiative (IRENI). With this framework, we've reached procurement targets of 30% Indigenous team members by the end of both the 2021 and 2022 financial years.

Why Refresh The Agile Group Website?

At Agile Group, we take our Indigenous roots seriously. Our new brand refresh comes from wanting to make our care for the Indigenous community and the people we work with clearer. We want to create a more approachable version of Agile Group that wears its Indigenous status on its sleeves.

This new brand and website update focuses on making our website easier to navigate, less corporate, and more centred on the Indigenous-inspired elements.

What Changes Have Been Made With the Website Refresh?

Along with making the website easier to use and find what you're looking for, we also introduced several new elements to the design as part of the brand refresh.

This Indigenous art inspired banner helps to represent the various colours of our service streams. At Agile Group, each service stream is represented by a unique colour. The mix of bright blues, yellows, oranges, and browns in this banner helps demonstrate how our services are integrated.

Additionally, by putting a banner inspired by Indigenous artwork at the forefront of our site, we hope to demonstrate how much our Indigenous roots matter to us as a business.

We've also incorporated an icon representing a meeting place, campsite, or waterhole in Indigenous artwork. Agile Group is an integral part of the Australian Indigenous community; using this symbol helps to represent we're a safe space to collaborate with.

With this new website and brand refresh, we hope to make Agile Group a more accessible place and represent the things we care about most as a business. We're working hard to make sure that each of the changes we make to the site reflects these goals and our motto, "Working Together, Growing Together."

Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be updating our website so that all of our pages follow our new design. If you have any questions, please get in touch, and we'd be happy to help.
