We’re pleased to announce David Woolley joins us, as our new Property Services Delivery & Engagement Manager.
David joins us with 15 years of experience in the property and facilities management industry, including most recently being the Operations Manager for shopping centres through Retpro. Responsible for: risk management; WHS; budget and forecast management; CAPEX/OPEX; contract management and tendering; staff management and recruitment; and liaising with tenants, clients and suppliers - David has many strings to his bow that Agile Property Services are keen to utilise.
Prior to this David has worked across the roles of Operations Manager, State Operations Manager and Regional Manager across SA and WA, with many notable firms such as the Arndale Shopping Centre through Centro, Colonial First State, Federation, Assetlink and Vivid Property Services.
We’re really excited about David joining the Agile Group team. The Property Services division has expanded in the past 12 months, with a wide range of services being added to our portfolio including land care and arboriculture, outdoor asset management, street sweeping, land clearing, and builder’s cleans to name a few. Added to our existing offering of commercial cleaning, commercial laundry and linen, waste management, and hygiene and washroom services.

David will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivery and business development with our existing clientele, and helping to grow our interstate portfolio. In addition to this, he will be working closely with our other Business and Delivery Managers across Integrated Security, Hospitality & Venue, Safety and Traffic, Logistics and Equipment & Plant Hire, to help iterate and streamline operations for our clients.
