Hello, my name is I’m Michael Boyle, CEO & Co-Founder of Agile Group.
As we approach 2022 I wanted to send our holiday well wishes and share a quick update from Agile Group on what you can expect from us in the upcoming year, as well as some highlights from 2021.
Firstly, for those clients, staff and stakeholders new to Agile Group, if you didn’t already know we are an Indigenous-owned and operated integrated services provider and one of Australia’s fastest-growing indigenous companies.
Reflecting on 2021
The past year has been difficult for many businesses due to the pandemic and economic climate, but we’ve been fortunate enough to have seen growth and uplift post the pandemic when many haven’t. This wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the hard work of everyone involved from our loyal staff to patient suppliers everyone has contributed to Agile Groups recent success.
Since starting out in 2014, we’ve grown from our roots in integrated security to now operate across the country in such service streams as traffic management and safety, property services, hospitality and venue management, and of course logistics
Our Plans for 2022
For 2022, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve just added land care services including horticulture and arboriculture to our list of service offerings in both South Australia & Victoria. We want to provide a combined approach to our services meaningless operating hassle for our client's keeping with our core ethos “working together, growing together”
Agile Group is proud to be an Indigenous-owned business. And I’m proud to say that our business is helping to enrich my community and support disadvantaged Australians.
One of our many initiatives that the Agile team and I are really passionate about is the Ice Factor Foundation. That's why we chose to invest just shy of $1m a year to the foundation both this year and for the next 3 years.
This charity helps disengaged and disadvantaged teenagers grow through the love of the ice sports programs. I’m touched to see some remarkable people succeed after being part of the program. We’ve students move on to become very successful in business, including joining Agile Group. We've even had multiple Ice Factor students drafted to the AFL. I can’t wait to see so many more young faces reach successes like this in 2022.
