Our Security Officers, Cleaners, Traffic Controllers and Labourers are the primary product of our company and subsequently our most valued asset.It is Agile Group’s ethos that staff employed directly, in accordance with relevant legislation, and treated with respect and equality, will provide a superior service for our clients and a positive referral rate for the Company.
Through our relationship with the Australian Institute of Management, and with the opportunities available to our staff through promotion or transfer (both locally and interstate), Agile Group offer its staff significant professional development opportunities. To date, 36 employees have completed/are completing company funded courses in addition to the permanent or temporary interstate transfer of 19 others.Over the past 4 years, Agile Group have refined our recruitment process to maximise our ability to enrich local communities through employment with marginalised job seekers.Our Indigenous Reskilling, Engagement, Networking Initiative (IRENI) establishes a recruitment framework where Agile Group can establish pathways to sustainable long-term employment (via traineeships) for indigenous candidates.Where marginalised job seekers have been employed previously (through Not for Profit Organisations such as the Brotherhood of St Laurence), Agile Group have identified that the retention rate of these employees is significantly higher than candidates sourced through more mainstream methods.
